ADAAM and Embrace Christian Children Foundation Uganda engaged students on substance use awareness and early recovery skills.

ADAAM worked with Embrace Christian Children Foundation Uganda at Exodus Secondary School in Wakiso on substance use awareness and early recovery engagement. The work addressed alcohol and drug risks alongside mentoring and support for students.

Early recovery discussions explored internal and external triggers and ways of responding to peer pressure. The pilot provided an opportunity for students to discuss substance use concerns and for ADAAM to develop practical school-based support.

This engagement forms part of ADAAM’s wider commitment to prevention, earlier support and constructive collaboration with schools and families.
